Immigration Process

To many, the process of immigration to the United States via the EB-5 Foreign Investor program may seem complex, but it doesn’t have to be with Global Premier America Regional Center. We are committed to assisting and guiding each and every immigrant investor in completing the immigration process, from the initial application (Form I-526) to making sure they meet the requirements, and finally, to receiving a permanent green card. We will be working closely with the foreign national or immigrant investor, as well as his or her immigration attorney, in the preparation of all necessary documents to support the application.
